Qiknr is a simple objective to-do list. You don't need to register to get things done or some fancy email, calendar, multi-task agenda that takes so much time just to organise. Just assign the tasks you want, optionally place a time for its completion and start working.
The idea behind Qiknr is inspired by Parkinson's law which states that Work expands so as to fill the time available for its completion. This means that if you have 1 week to do something, the task will take one week. And if you only have 1 day or 1 hour, you will take that long. So assign really tight deadlines for your tasks, that way you will only focus on the most important things.
Break down your tasks to simple and achievable goals. Don't write down something that will take 5 days, instead break it down to smaller tasks and assign small time periods to get each of them done. You should always know exactly what the task is about, and how to get it done. Don't write down something vague, even if you think will only take 10 minutes. Rookie mistake.
You can plan along the way, but try to spend (invest) at least 10 minutes of your day to plan your tasks. This can be done in the evening, so you don't have to worry about anything when you sleep, or early in the morning before anything else. This is important so you don't lose focus, and get caught up in distractions you did not plan. It's also a good reminder, so you don't forget things during the day.
Focus on one task at a time. Don't open 20 different tabs on your browser and think you are achieving much by doing a lot at a time. It doesn't work that way. Do one thing at a time.
Ask yourself this question everytime: Am I inventing things to avoid the important?
I suggest the awesome book called "The 4-Hour Workweek" by Tim Ferriss.

Qiknr is developed by Samin Shams in his spare time. It powers him on his other spare time project called Mideos.
